What’s new in Cloodot

AI personas

• AI personas now remember earlier conversations with the same customer. When someone says "the order I placed last week" or "the tumbler I asked about", the AI picks up where you left off instead of starting from scratch.
• Details a customer has already given — like an order number, email, or other custom field — are now carried through the conversation, so the AI won't ask for the same thing twice.

• Response length and personality options have been redesigned, making it easier to set how long your AI replies should be and how they should sound.

Insights

• The globe view is now Live Map and lives under Insights, alongside your other reporting.
• Visitor counts on the map now reflect true totals, so what you see matches what's actually happening.

Workflows

• Creating a workflow is now a single, streamlined path — the separate template gallery has been removed in favour of one clear way to get started.

Inbox

• The left sidebar now collapses automatically when you open a playground panel, giving you more room to work.
• The Conversations menu item only highlights when you're actually on the Conversations page, instead of staying lit on other Insights screens.

AI personas

• Set a maximum length for AI-handled sessions. Once a conversation runs past the limit you choose, it hands over to a human agent automatically — so nobody gets stuck in an endless bot loop.
• When a customer quotes or replies to an earlier message, the AI now understands exactly which message they're responding to and answers in context.
• AI replies now draw on much more of the conversation — ads a customer came in from, story replies, shared posts, interactive messages, and contact details shared in chat — so responses are more relevant and personal.
• Fixed personas set to longer replies being cut shorter than intended; "long" now reliably means long.

Inbox

• Quoted replies now show consistently across channels, so you can see exactly which message a customer is responding to.

Workflows

• Steps now pass useful data forward. A node can read fields from the steps before it — message text, conversation status, channel, labels, starred state, the assigned agent or persona, and each action's actual output — so decision and message nodes can act on what really happened earlier in the run.
• The variable picker now shows the real values each step produces, instead of an empty or mismatched list.

AI personas

• AI replies sound more like a real person and less like marketing copy — they lead with the answer, drop filler openers, and keep a warm, direct tone.
• Fixed a problem where some AI replies were silently dropped instead of sent, so customers now reliably get a response.
• Personas hold even more closely to their configured reply length.

Billing

• Buying marketing credits now works reliably: you're taken to complete payment when one is needed, and the success confirmation only shows once credits are actually added.

Inbox

• Facebook reels and Instagram story mentions and shares now appear as rich cards right in the conversation, so you can see what a customer sent at a glance.
• Shared Instagram reels show a click-to-expand preview instead of a bare link.

AI personas

• A persona's Goal is now a rich-text editor, just like Description, so you can format and structure it the same way.
• The AI now holds to each persona's goal, tone, and reply length consistently, even across long back-and-forth conversations.

Workflows

• The API Request node now supports variables and returns a clearer, more predictable result.

• Routine security hardening across the platform.

AI extraction

• Label and custom-field extraction now reads image and audio attachments, not just text, so more conversations get tagged automatically.
• Automatic tagging no longer overwrites good values with blanks, so existing labels and fields stay intact.
• The right assistant is matched to each conversation faster and more reliably.
• Handing a conversation over to AI updates the view instantly.
