Billing & Plans

Manage your subscription, message credits, usage, and invoices.

Go to Settings → Billing to manage your subscription, monitor message credits, and download invoices. Only workspace owners and admins can access this page.

The page has three tabs: Billing, Usages, and Invoices.


Billing tab

Current plan

The top of the tab shows:

  • Plan name and status (Trial, Active, or No Plan)
  • Trial end date and days remaining (if on a trial)
  • Next renewal date (if on a paid plan)

Changing your plan

Scroll to Available Plans for a side-by-side comparison. Select the plan you want and follow the checkout flow.

To cancel, click Cancel Subscription under your current plan summary. You can cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.

Canceling may reduce your available features and limits. Review the impact before confirming.

Payment method

Click Add Payment Method or Manage Payment Method to add or update your card on file.

Message Credits & Usage

Three cards show your remaining credits:

  • Incoming Messages — Credits used when customers message you
  • Marketing Messages — Credits used when you send campaigns
  • Copilot Messages — Credits used by your AI copilot

Each card shows your remaining credits, your current balance, and the pricing rate. Click Add credits to purchase more.


Usages tab

Credit summary

Three cards show how much of each credit allowance you have left — shown as "remaining out of" your included total, with a progress bar:

  • Incoming Messages
  • Campaign Messages
  • Copilot Responses

Usage history

A chart of your message usage over time. Use the range selector to view the last 7, 14, or 30 days (30 by default).


Invoices tab

A list of past invoices. Click any invoice to open it on Stripe, where you can download or print a copy. For a dedicated view with more detail, see Invoices.
