Create your Cloodot account and sign in to your workspace.
Sign up in a couple of minutes with Google or email.
Two ways to sign up
Option 1: Sign up with Google (fastest)
Google sign-up skips passwords and verification emails.
Benefits:
- One less password — Google handles the login
- No email verification — You're verified automatically
- Quick sign-in later — One click to get back in
Steps:
- Go to the Cloodot sign-up page
- Click "Continue with Google"
- Pick your Google account when prompted
- You're in — create your workspace next
No verification email needed
Google sign-up skips email verification. You go straight to creating a workspace.
Option 2: Sign up with email
Enter your email
- Go to the Cloodot sign-up page
- Type in your email address
- Click "Continue"
Fill in your details
The form asks for:
- Your name — How you'd like to be addressed
- Phone number — Include your country code (for example, +1 for US)
- Password — At least 8 characters, with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers
- Security check — Click the checkbox (no puzzles)
- Terms — Check the box to agree to our terms
Create your account
Click "Create account". We'll send a verification email.
Verify your email
Open the email and click the verification link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Once verified, you'll be signed in automatically, ready to create your workspace.
The verification link is valid for 1 hour. If it expires, sign in and we'll send a fresh one.
Sign in
If you signed up with email
- Go to the sign-in page
- Enter your email and click "Continue"
- Type your password
- Click the security checkbox
- Click "Sign in"
You'll land on your workspaces dashboard.
If you signed up with Google
- Go to the sign-in page
- Click "Continue with Google"
- Pick your Google account
Signed up with Google? Use the Google sign-in button — there's no password set for the email option.
Password requirements
A password needs:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
We'll never ask for your password. If someone claiming to be from Cloodot does, it's a phishing attempt.
The security checkbox
A Cloudflare security checkbox appears when signing up or signing in. It keeps bots out — no puzzles, just a checkbox.
Troubleshooting
Can't sign in
"Invalid email or password" Double-check what you typed. Passwords are case-sensitive — check caps lock.
"Email not verified" Click the link in the verification email. Check your spam folder if it's missing.
"Account not found" Use the same email you signed up with. If you used Google, click the Google sign-in button.
Forgot your password
Request a reset link
- Go to the sign-in page
- Click "Forgot password"
- Enter your email
- Click "Send reset link"
Check your email
Look for an email with a reset link. Check spam if it doesn't appear.
The reset link expires after a while. If yours has, request a new one.
Pick a new password
Click the link, then create a new password. Type it twice to catch typos.
Sign in
Sign in with the new password. You're all set.
Verification email didn't arrive
Wait a few minutes. If it still hasn't arrived:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Confirm you entered the right email
- Look for an email from onboarding@updates.cloodot.com
If it's still missing, email support.
Verification link expired
Links expire after 1 hour. Sign in with your email to get a fresh one.
