How many conversations have come in today, with a comparison against yesterday and your 7-day average. A quick way to spot whether today is busier or quieter than usual.

The number of conversations still waiting for a response, along with the age of the oldest unanswered one (for example, "oldest: 2h 30m"). If this number is climbing, it's time to jump into the inbox.

When everything is under control, you'll see an all caught up! indicator.

Handled by AI

The share of today's conversations your AI Persona has taken care of on its own — shown as both a percentage and a count (for example, "12 of 45 conversations"). Use it to see how much your AI is offloading from your team.
