Invoices
View your invoice history and download receipts for your Cloodot subscription.
The Invoices page shows a complete history of every invoice Cloodot has generated for your workspace. It's a read-only archive — use it to download receipts for your accounting records or double-check a charge.
Go to Settings → Invoices.
Invoice history
Every invoice tied to your account appears in a single table:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Invoice | The invoice ID |
| Created | The date the invoice was issued |
| Amount | The total in your account currency |
| Status | The current state of the invoice |
| Action | A View link to open the hosted invoice |
Invoice status
- Paid — Payment was successful (shown with a green badge)
- Open — The invoice is issued but not yet paid (shown in orange)
- Uncollectible — The invoice couldn't be collected (shown in orange)
- Other statuses appear with a neutral badge
Downloading or printing an invoice
Click the View link next to any invoice. A hosted invoice page opens in a new tab where you can:
- Download the invoice as a PDF
- Print it directly from your browser
- Share the link with your accounting team
When there are no invoices yet
If your workspace hasn't been billed yet, you'll see "No invoices found." Check back after your first billing cycle, or visit Billing & Plans to review your subscription.
