Organization Name
Update your organization's display name and description.
Your Organization Name is the display name for your workspace. It appears throughout the app.
Update the name
- Go to Settings → Organization → Profile.
- Edit the Organization Name field.
- Click Save.
Where the name appears
- Dashboard headers and navigation
- Email notifications
- AI agent context (so the AI agent understands your business)
- Reports and analytics
Update the description
- Go to Settings → Organization → Profile.
- Edit the Description field with a short summary of your business.
- Click Save.
A good description helps the AI agent give more accurate, on-brand answers and gives new teammates quick context.
Tips
- Use your actual business or company name.
- Keep the format consistent with how you appear on other platforms.
- Sum up what you do in one sentence in the description.
- Update if your business name or focus changes.
