Connect Your Channels

Connect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and WebChat to your Cloodot workspace.

Connect each channel once, and every customer conversation lands in one inbox.

How to connect a channel

There are two entry points, depending on whether you already have a channel connected.

From your empty inbox

Before you connect your first channel, the inbox shows connection buttons directly:

  1. Open Inbox or Conversations
  2. Click the button for the channel you want
  3. Follow the connection wizard

Once at least one channel is connected, add more from Settings.

From Settings

  1. Click the Settings gear icon
  2. Go to OrganizationChannels
  3. Click Add Channel or the + button
  4. Pick a channel and follow the steps

Settings → Organization → Channels is where you view status, add channels, and disconnect ones you no longer need.

What each channel needs

The connection flow

Every channel follows the same four steps:

  1. Authorize — Grant Cloodot access to your account
  2. Select — Pick which accounts or Pages to connect
  3. Configure — Set any channel-specific options
  4. Done — Conversations start flowing in

After connecting

You can:

  • View every connected channel in one place
  • Adjust per-channel settings
  • Disconnect or reconnect a channel
  • Add more channels at any time

Connecting multiple accounts

  • Instagram — As many accounts as you have access to
  • Facebook — Up to 5 Pages per run (repeat the flow to add more)
  • WhatsApp — Multiple numbers across Business accounts
  • WebChat — One widget per website

Each connection appears as its own channel in your inbox.

Troubleshooting

"Account already connected"

The account is linked to another workspace. Disconnect it there first.

"Authorization failed"

Confirm you're signed in to the right account with admin permissions.

"No pages/accounts found"

Confirm the account or Page exists and that you have admin access.
