Collection Insights
See which products and services your AI is showing customers most often in conversations.
Collection Insights tells you which items from your Collections are showing up most often in conversations — so you can see what's resonating with customers and what isn't.
Accessing Collection Insights
- Click Insights in the left sidebar
- Select Collections
Most Displayed Items
This is the main view on the page — a horizontally scrollable list of the top items your AI has shown to customers over the last 30 days.
Each card displays:
- Product image — Or a placeholder if no image is set
- Item title
- Display count — A badge showing how many conversations featured this item (for example, "12 conversations")
- Collection name — Which collection this item belongs to
- A trending indicator on the #1 most-shown item
Click any card to jump straight to that item inside the Collections manager, where you can edit it, update the description, or adjust how it's shown.
What you can learn from this
- Top performers — Which products or services get pulled into conversations most often
- Gaps — Items that rarely (or never) appear might need better titles, descriptions, or tags so your AI can surface them
- Conversation patterns — A steady rise in one item can hint at a shift in what customers are asking about
When there's no data yet
If your collections are new or haven't been referenced yet, you'll see "No collection display data available yet."
Give it some time — once your AI Persona starts surfacing items in replies, the data will begin to populate.
