Collection Insights
See which products and services your AI is showing customers most often in conversations.
See which items from your Collections the AI agent surfaces most often, so you can spot what's resonating with customers and what isn't.
Open Collection Insights
- Click Insights in the left sidebar.
- Select Collections.
Most Displayed Items
A horizontally scrollable list of the top items the AI agent has shown to customers over the last 30 days.
Each card shows:
- Product image — or a placeholder when no image is set
- Item title
- Display count — a badge with how often the item has been shown (e.g. "12 times shown")
- Collection name — which collection the item belongs to
- A trend sparkline when there's enough history
Click any card to jump straight to that item in the Collections manager and edit the title, description, or how it surfaces.
What the data reveals
- Top performers — products or services that get pulled into conversations most often
- Gaps — items that rarely (or never) appear may need better titles, descriptions, or tags so the AI agent can surface them
- Conversation patterns — a steady rise in one item can hint at a shift in what customers are asking about
When there's no data yet
If your collections are new or haven't been referenced, you'll see "No collection display data available yet."
Give it some time — once the AI agent starts surfacing items in replies, data populates here.
