Cal.com
Connect Cal.com to manage bookings and scheduling within Cloodot.
The Cal.com integration connects your Cal.com account with Cloodot, giving your team and AI agent access to your event types and bookings.
What you can do
| Feature | Description |

| View event types | See all your available booking types |
| List bookings | Browse bookings filtered by status, event type, or date range |
| View booking details | See full details of any booking |
| Cancel bookings | Cancel bookings with an optional cancellation reason |
Booking statuses
- Accepted — Confirmed bookings
- Pending — Awaiting confirmation
- Cancelled — Cancelled bookings
- Rejected — Declined bookings
Connecting Cal.com
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click the Cal.com card
- Authorize Cloodot to access your Cal.com account
- Grant the requested permissions
- You'll be returned to Cloodot with the connection active
Use cases
- Booking management — Your AI agent can look up and manage customer bookings
- Scheduling links — Share your booking page during conversations
- Cancellation handling — Let your AI agent process cancellation requests
Disconnecting
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click the Cal.com card
- Click Disconnect and confirm
