Sync your HubSpot CRM data with Cloodot to manage contacts, companies, and deals alongside your conversations.

The HubSpot integration connects your HubSpot CRM with Cloodot, keeping your customer data in sync across both platforms.

What syncs

The integration also syncs associations between objects — so relationships between contacts, companies, and deals are preserved.

Connecting HubSpot

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click the HubSpot card
  3. You'll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize Cloodot
  4. Grant the requested permissions and confirm
  5. You'll be returned to Cloodot with the connection active

The integration uses OAuth 2.0 and will automatically refresh your access when needed.

How it works

Once connected, Cloodot can access your HubSpot data and keep records in sync. When your AI agent or team members interact with customers, the relevant CRM data is available directly within Cloodot.

Changes made through Cloodot are reflected in HubSpot, and vice versa through webhook syncing.

Disconnecting

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click the HubSpot card
  3. Click Disconnect and confirm

Disconnecting stops all data syncing between HubSpot and Cloodot. Existing data in either platform is not deleted.
