Sync your HubSpot CRM data with Cloodot to manage contacts, companies, and deals alongside your conversations.

HubSpot syncs your CRM with Cloodot, keeping customer data aligned across both platforms.
What syncs

Associations sync too, so the relationships between contacts, companies, and deals are preserved.
Connect HubSpot
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click the HubSpot card.
- Authorize Cloodot from the HubSpot screen.
- Grant the requested permissions and confirm.
- You'll land back in Cloodot with the connection active.
The integration uses OAuth 2.0 and refreshes access tokens automatically.
How the sync works
Once connected, Cloodot can read and write HubSpot records — your AI agent and teammates see relevant CRM data right inside Cloodot. Changes flow both ways: Cloodot pushes updates to HubSpot, and HubSpot pushes back over webhooks.
Disconnect
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click the HubSpot card.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
Disconnecting stops all data syncing between HubSpot and Cloodot. Existing data on either side isn't deleted.
