Connect your Shopify store to access customer, product, order, and collection data within Cloodot.
The Shopify integration brings your store data into Cloodot, so your team and AI agent can access customer details, look up orders, and browse products — all without leaving a conversation.
What syncs
| Shopify Data | What you can do |

| Customers | View customer profiles, contact info, marketing consent, order history, and tags |
| Products | Browse products with pricing, inventory, vendor, and variant details |
| Orders | Look up orders by status, payment status, fulfillment status, and date range |
| Collections | View product collections and the products within them |
Connecting Shopify
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click the Shopify card
- Authorize Cloodot to access your Shopify store
- Grant the requested permissions
- You'll be returned to Cloodot with the connection active
Use cases
- Order lookup — Your AI agent can check order status when customers ask about their deliveries
- Product recommendations — Browse your catalog and share product details in conversations
- Customer context — See a customer's purchase history and tags when they reach out
- Inventory checks — Verify product availability during conversations
Disconnecting
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click the Shopify card
- Click Disconnect and confirm
