Connect your Salla store to access product and order data within Cloodot.

The Salla integration connects your Salla e-commerce store with Cloodot, so your team and AI agent can access store data during customer conversations.

Connecting Salla

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click the Salla card
  3. Authorize Cloodot to access your Salla store
  4. Grant the requested permissions
  5. You'll be returned to Cloodot with the connection active

Use cases

  • Order tracking — Look up order details when customers ask about their purchases
  • Product browsing — Search and filter your product catalog during conversations
  • Store context — Your AI agent can reference store information when helping customers

Disconnecting

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click the Salla card
  3. Click Disconnect and confirm
