Connect your Salla e-commerce store so your team and AI agent can reference store data during customer conversations.

Connect Salla

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click the Salla card
  3. Authorize Cloodot to access your Salla store
  4. Grant the requested permissions
  5. You'll be returned to Cloodot with the connection active

Common uses

  • Order tracking — Look up order details when customers ask about their purchases
  • Product browsing — Search and filter your product catalog during conversations
  • Store context — Let your AI agent reference store information when helping customers

Disconnect Salla

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click the Salla card
  3. Click Disconnect and confirm

HubSpot

Sync your HubSpot CRM data with Cloodot to manage contacts, companies, and deals alongside your conversations.

Shopify

Connect your Shopify store to access customer, product, order, and collection data within Cloodot.
