Salla
Connect your Salla store to access product and order data within Cloodot.

Bring your Salla store into Cloodot so your team and AI agent can reference store data during conversations.
What syncs
| Salla data | What you can do |

| Products | browse products filtered by status, category, visibility, and date |
| Orders | look up orders by status, payment status, fulfillment status, and customer |
| Store info | access store details and configuration |
Connect Salla
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click the Salla card.
- Authorize Cloodot to access your Salla store.
- Grant the requested permissions.
- You'll land back in Cloodot with the connection active.
Common uses
- Order tracking — look up order details when customers ask about purchases.
- Product browsing — search and filter your catalog mid-conversation.
- Store context — let the AI agent reference store info when helping customers.
Disconnect Salla
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click the Salla card.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
